Pricing revealed for new Citroen C5 Aircross

The new mid-sized SUV will start from £23,225 when order books open in December, with three trim levels on offer.

Citroen has revealed specifications for the all-new C5 Aircross, which will start from £23,225.

The mid-sized SUV will be available in three trim levels when order books open on December 3 and will be fitted with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system as standard.

The Feel, Flair and Flair Plus trims all come with advanced active safety brake, active lane departure warning, active blind spot monitoring and collision risk warning as standard – with the Flair and Flair Plus models also getting a 180-degree reversing camera, TomTom Connect Nav and ConnectedCam systems.

With one diesel and one petrol on offer – each with 128bhp and 178bhp options – customers will be able to choose between six-speed manual and eight-speed automatic transmissions to work alongside.

The C5 Aircross will be the first Citroen to be fitted with a plug-in hybrid powertrain from 2020.

Customers will be able to choose from seven body colours and three colour packs to go with them to pick out the airbumps and bumper detailing.

Inside there are a series of upholstery options, with the base Feel trim fitted with grey cloth upholstery. The Flair and Flair Plus come with grey leather with cloth upholstery, while brown Nappa leather is also available as an option.

Feel models start from £23,225, while Flair options start from £25,325. The top-spec Flair Plus range starts from £27,725. The C5 Aircross officially arrives in showrooms on February 4, 2019.
