Skoda announces trim line-up for revised Fabia

Five specification options are available with the new version of the supermini, and deliveries will start in September.

Skoda has released details of its facelifted Fabia supermini, which is available to order now and starts from £11,160.

Built as either a supermini or an estate, the Fabia line-up is available with five trim levels and four engines – all of which are petrol units. A 1.4-litre TDI diesel used to be part of the line-up.

With 73bhp, 93bhp and 108bhp options on offer from the launch, a 59bhp unit will be available from December. The top-end engine can be fitted with a seven-speed DSG, with the remaining engines coming with manual transmissions.

With the S, SE, SE L, Monte Carlo and Colour Edition versions to choose from, every Fabia now comes with LED daytime running lights, front assist autonomous braking system and a multifunction trip computer.

In SE guise, the Fabia comes with front fog lights, 15-inch alloy wheels, the ‘Radio Swing Plus’ infotainment setup and electric windows, while the Colour Edition adds 16-inch alloy wheels in black, silver or white.

SE L options come with the ‘Amundsen’ infotainment system with satellite navigation and 16-inch alloy wheels, while the top-end Monte Carlo version adds climate control, LED rear lights, rear electric windows and black styling features – such as a front spoiler, roof and carbon-effect dashboard trim.

New options are also available, such as LED headlights (£960), 18-inch alloys (Monte Carlo Hatch only for £600) and blind spot detection and rear traffic alert (£390).

Deliveries of the refreshed Fabia range will begin in September.
