Vauxhall has expanded its range of ‘Griffin’ editions to its electric Corsa-e and new Crossland models.
Already available on the petrol- and diesel-powered Corsa, Astra and Grandland X, the trim, – which is named after the Vauxhall logo – offers enhanced value for money thanks to an upgraded level of equipment.
On the Corsa-e, the Griffin sits above the SE Nav Premium trim level, with standard equipment including a seven-inch digital instrument cluster and touchscreen of the same size, along with automatic lights and wipers, a black roof and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Capable of a claimed 209 miles on a single charge, the Corsa-e also comes with a free home charging unit from British Gas, along with credits amassing to 30,000 miles of free electricity. Prices for the Corsa-e Griffin start from £26,390 after the government’s electric car grant.
Next up to receive the Griffin trim is the Crossland – Vauxhall’s recently updated baby SUV. Here, it builds on the SE grade, with equipment including heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, LED headlights and black 17-inch alloy wheels. Prices for the Crossland Griffin start from £17,555.=
