Over the last 40 years, Motability has helped more than 4.5 million people get on the road thanks to affordable leasing opportunities for disabled people and their support.
To celebrate that milestone, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has announced new offers on three of its models to allow more people in need to get on the move.
The Caddy Life, Maxi Life and Transporter Shuttle are all available to be selected under the new pricing, with the Caddy Life on offer from £365 for the advanced payment. The Maxi Life starts from £642, while the Transporter Shuttle is on offer from £740.
Both the Caddy Life and Maxi Life options can be converted to support wheelchair access – with the Transporter Shuttle able to seat eight passengers.
The Motability scheme arranges for those receiving the disability living allowance, personal independence payment, war pensioners’ mobility supplement or armed forces independence payment to have all the insurance, breakdown assistance, servicing and maintenance of a vehicle covered by the weekly allowance.
