2018 Vauxhall Combo Life MPV - prices and spec revealed

Available to order now, the Combo Life comes with the option of five- and seven-seat layouts and two trim levels.

Vauxhall has announced pricing for its upcoming Combo Life MPV, with the model starting at £20,530.

Coming with a choice of two wheelbases – standard and XL – the Combo Life offers two trim levels in the shape of Design and Energy specifications.

Vauxhall is also offering the Combo Life with a new range of petrol and diesel engines that comply with the upcoming Euro 6d-TEMP engine regulations that come into effect next year. Engines can be paired with either a five- or six-speed manual, or a segment-first eight-speed automatic transmission.

Customers can also choose between adaptable five- and seven-seat layouts depending on their preference, with Vauxhall aiming this car at ‘active families’.

Base Design models come with air conditioning, DAB radio with USB and Bluetooth streaming and 16-inch alloy wheels, while the Energy version adds an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system as well as front and rear parking sensors.

Cars in Energy spec also get the option of a removable third row of seats that sit behind the 35/30/35 split second row.

The Combo Life is fitted with a fleet of assistance systems, such as a head-up display, forward collision alert with pedestrian detection and automatic emergency braking, front camera system with speed sign recognition and lane keep assist, automatic cruise control and driver drowsiness alert.

Prices start from £20,530, with Vauxhall taking orders now before deliveries begin in September.
