Citroen announces new range-wide C-Series models

The trim level is being targeted at online buyers

Citroen has announced prices and specs for a new ‘C-Series’ trim level, which is being introduced onto the brand’s most popular models.

Available on the C3 hatchback, C3 Aircross and C5 Aircross SUVs, the new grade is aimed primarily at online retail buyers, who will benefit from a five-year warranty, though it will also be sold through the brand’s dealership network as well. All C-Series models benefit from bespoke colour schemes, revised badging and branded carpet mats.

On the C3 supermini, the C-Series is the entry-level point to the range, thanks to an affordable starting price of £13,980. It comes with an 82bhp 1.2-litre petrol engine, with standard equipment including 16-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, rear parking sensors and a seven-inch touchscreen all as standard.

If you fancy something a bit roomier, the compact C3 Aircross SUV is a great option, with the C-Series model available here from £17,000. It comes exclusively with a turbocharged 108bhp 1.2-litre petrol engine. Sixteen-inch alloy wheels feature, along with automatic lights and wipers and a touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Next up is the brand’s largest SUV – the C5 Aircross. In the new C-Series trim, it sits above the ‘Shine’ grade and is available from £25,755. Coming with a 128bhp 1.2-litre petrol engine, standard equipment includes blind spot monitoring, keyless entry and start and 18-inch alloy wheels to name just a few features.

The new C-Series models are now available to buy online through the Citroen Store, which allows you to configure the car, personalise finance and even place an order online. You can either collect your car from a dealer or have it delivered to your home.
