Citroen has revealed the latest addition to its European line-up – the C5 Aircross SUV.
The French manufacturer has built this new model to be incredibly comfortable and it has used technology from the brand’s Advanced Comfort programme – the Advanced Comfort seats and the Progressive Hydraulic Cushion suspension.
As well as offering great comfort, the Citroen C5 Aircross also comes with an adaptable interior, with all three rear seats able to slide, fold and recline individually – meaning that customers can change the layout to suit their needs.
Citroen has equipped the C5 Aircross with off-road capabilities, such as 230mm of ground clearance and grip control with hill descent assist – with grip control diverting the power to the wheels with the most grip, ensuring the car keeps moving in trickier conditions. Mud and snow tyre options can also be fitted to enhance the car’s performance on all terrains.

Inside, the Aircross is fitted with a 12.3-inch instrument display alongside the central eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system – although full UK specifications will be revealed closer to the model’s release.
Up to 20 driver assistance systems can also be fitted, including highway driving assist, active safety braking, active lane departure warning and adaptive cruise control.
The C5 Aircross will be built at PSA Group’s Rennes-La Janais plant in France, and full model details will be released later in 2018.
