Any Tesla Model S owners in the UK who’ve wanted to make their car look sportier than usual are in luck, as a British company has created a catalogue of aftermarket parts for the fully-electric saloon.
The new parts, provided by Voltes Design, are ultimately just cosmetic and won’t make the Model S go faster. But considering the Model S is capable of sprinting from zero to 62mph in just 2.8 seconds when using Ludicrous Mode in its P85D specification, extra performance is not necessarily on the list of priorities for owners.
The collection of parts Voltes are offering, which are sourced from companies like Unplugged Performance and Larte Design, include new bumpers, new wheels, carbon blades on the wings, a carbon rear spoiler and a carbon strip on the tailgate.
The sharper edges and contrasting black trim which these parts provide no doubt make the Model S a more aggressive and sportier looking vehicle than in standard form.
There’s more than one full exterior styling package on offer from Voltes and they’ll be available to order online, before being fitted at specially selected body shops around Britain. There are also reportedly plans for Voltes to provide interior upgrade kits and styling packs for the upcoming Model X to British Tesla fans in the future.
