MG has launched a new affordable winter health check aimed at readying the brand’s models for the colder weather ahead.
It’s the first time MG has launched such a service, though many other manufacturers offer similar prospects. However, MG’s is one of the best in terms of value – costing just £24.99.
The service includes a 20-point check – inspecting must-haves like the condition of the battery, as well as heating and exterior lighting. All fluids are also checked and topped-up if necessary, while a technician will also examine the brakes, steering and tread depths to ensure the model is as safe as possible.
MG also throws in a complimentary wash and vacuum, while customers will also receive a gift bag as well – coming with de-icer, a rain poncho and a blanket to name just a few features.
MG is going from strength to strength, with a growing dealer network and range of models giving the brand greater appeal than ever.
Currently its range comprises of the MG3 supermini – one of the most affordable models in its class – as well as the ZS crossover and larger HS SUV – rivalling models like the Nissan Qashqai. The brand also launched its first EV this year – the ZS EV – which starts from a low price of £22,245, while offering a claimed 163-mile range from its 44.5kWh battery.
