The MINI Countryman is adding a new limited edition model to its range, called the Special Edition, which boasts a lot of unique styling touches.
Just 250 examples of the MINI Countryman Special Edition will be offered in Britain, and customers can place their order for one now at MINI retailers.
Created by MINI’s Special Order program, the Countryman Special Edition stands out thanks to exterior design cues including the Space Grey Metallic roof and mirror caps, combined with 18-inch black alloy wheels and an Absolute Black metallic paint job for the body.
Inside, meanwhile, the interior features high quality finishes including Piano Black trim and leather upholstery in Gravity-Carbon Black.
There’s plenty of luxury equipment onboard too, including MINI’s Navigation System and Connected communication app. Bluetooth connectivity, a USB radio, front seat heating, automatic air conditioning and xenon headlights are all also standard.
The Special Edition trim is available with two variants of the current MINI Countryman - the Cooper S ALL4 or the Cooper SD ALL4. Both variants come with four-wheel drive as standard, but while the Cooper S is driven by an 187bhp 1.6-litre petrol engine, the Cooper SD has a 143bhp 2.0-litre turbodiesel under its bonnet.
