A new trim level has been added to the Renault Clio line-up — named the Urban Nav Special Edition.
Based on the existing Dynamique Nav grade, the latest addition to the French hatchback’s range brings a new Urban Grey body colour to the table, with prices starting at £16,225.
Other additional equipment for the new trim includes rear parking sensors, 16-inch alloy wheels with grey inserts and full LED headlights — on top of Dynamique Nav’s seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with satellite navigation, heated door mirrors automatic headlights and wipers, air conditioning and keyless entry.
The Urban Nav special edition is available with a choice of two engines. The first is a three-cylinder, 0.9-litre petrol motor that develops 89bhp and 135Nm of torque that is paired to a five-speed manual gearbox. It’s capable of taking the Clio from 0-60mph in 12 seconds flat and up to a top speed of 112mph. As for efficiency, fuel economy is claimed at 60.1mpg with CO2 emissions of 105g/km.
There’s also a diesel option — a 1.5-litre unit producing 89bhp and 220Nm of torque, propelling the hatchback from 0-60mph in 12.7 seconds and up to 109mph when paired to a six-speed automatic gearbox. The five-speed manual transmission is also an option for the diesel engine. Renault claims CO2 emissions of 92g/km with a fuel economy of 80.7mpg.
The Renault Clio Urban Nav Special Edition is now available to order, with customer deliveries expected to begin in March.
