Nissan 370Z updated for 2018

Nissan has revealed an upgraded version of its 370Z sports car for the 2018 model year.

Nissan has revealed a series of updates for its 370Z sports car. The refreshed coupe is on sale now in the UK with pricing starting at £29,185.

The 370Z coupe has been on sale in Britain since 2009 but there’s no sign yet that Nissan plans to end production of its seasoned performance car. The updates for the 2018 model year include some exterior design tweaks, a new performance component and upgraded interior kit.

One of the changes for the 370Z is the introduction of a new higher-performance clutch from EXEDY inside manual versions of the coupe. The new clutch reduces driver pedal effort and delivers improved levels of gear change precision and comfort. Apart from the new clutch, the 370Z is the same as before mechanically. It is still powered by a 3.7-litre V6 petrol engine.

Exterior design updates include new 19-inch alloys, dark-tinted headlights and taillights and a new Red Metallic paint job.

Inside, the top-spec infotainment system, which has a seven-inch touchscreen, is now standard on GT models whereas before it was only available on the range-topping 370Z Nismo. This infotainment system comes supported with the likes of sat-nav and a reversing camera.

The Nissan 370Z Nismo remains on sale for the 2018 model year. While pretty much all of the updates now brought to the regular 370Z were already available on the Nismo version, the range-topper does now feature a new black fascia for the rear bumper as an addition.
