Compare Prices of the new Porsche Macan
Porsche has announced a range-topping version of its Macan - the Turbo Exclusive Performance Edition.
The special edition will only be available in certain countries, although Porsche has confirmed that it will be coming to the UK.
It is finished off by hand in the Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur department at the Leipzig production site.
It has the same engine as the standard Turbo, a 3.6-litre V6 turbocharged engine that produces 434bhp and 600Nm of torque. It has 40bhp more than the standard Turbo although it produces the same power as the Macan Turbo with the Performance Package. It can sprint from 0-60mph in just 4.2 seconds and on to a maximum speed of 169mph.
From the standard Macan Turbo it features 21-inch alloy wheels – the same design fitted to the Porsche 911 Turbo – LED headlights and tinted rear LED lights.
For the special edition, you get red accents on the front spoiler, rear bumper and sideblades. Inside, there are leather and Alcantara trimmed seats with red bolsters, as well as contrast stitching and ‘turbo’ lettering on the headrests and seatbelts. The gear selector is also finished in red leather, with “Macan Turbo Exclusive Performance Edition” branding on the tread plates and dashboard.
The Macan Turbo Exclusive Performance Edition is available to order now, and while UK pricing is yet to be announced, in Germany it costs from €116,091 (£104,971 at current exchange rates).
