Toyota has added a new special edition to the Club Series for its GT86 sports coupe – the Blue Edition.
Distinguishable by the exclusive ‘Electric Blue’ exterior paint, the model is available to be fitted with the optional Performance Pack, which Toyota says offers ‘even sharper handling’.
To contrast the bright blue bodywork, the GT86 comes with black styling detailing on the front grille, rear spoiler and diffuser, wing mirrors and front fog light surrounds, as well as the black 17-inch alloy wheels.
If customers choose to select it, the Performance Pack comes with upgrades provided by performance parts specialist Sachs, including new suspension and performance dampers, and larger brakes and red brake calipers from Brembo.
The performance of the model hasn’t been changed though, with the GT86 capable of 0-60mph in 7.5 seconds and a top speed of 140mph when fitted with the six-speed manual gearbox.

To complement the darker detailing on the exterior, the cockpit is trimmed in black leather and alcantara.
Equipment fitted is the same that you would find in the GT86 Pro, which includes a limited-slip differential, cruise control, dusk-sensing headlights, dual-zone climate control, heated front seats, LED lights and the Toyota Touch 2 infotainment system.
Available to order from June 1, prices for the Blue Edition start from £29,980.
