The new 18-plate is finally here and to celebrate, Dacia has slashed prices even further on the Duster as part of its scrappage scheme. From now until the end of March, buyers of a Duster Lauréate dCi 110 4x2 or 4x4 can now save £500 and £1,000 more respectively on top of existing scrappage scheme offers.

As a result, the two-wheel-drive car starts from £12,995, while the four-wheel-drive car begins at £14,495 — representing a total scrappage saving of £1,500 and £2,000. For that price, you can expect standard equipment such as Bluetooth audio connectivity, DAB radio, cruise control and air conditioning, a leather steering wheel and 16-inch alloy wheels.

Also available as part of the scrappage scheme is the Sandero hatchback, which sees a £500 saving — meaning a list price of £6,895 from £7,395.

To be eligible for the Dacia scrappage scheme savings, customers must trade-in a pre-Euro 5 emissions standard car registered before December 31, 2009, as part of the purchase. It must also have been owned by them for a minimum of 90 days. The scrappage scheme offer applies to new cars registered before March 31, 2018.
